Returns

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened cleaning liquids (including the snow foam soap and clay lubricant) or used wash mitts, towels, pads, sponges and brushes once removed from their sealed packaging. This protects every customer and keeps products safe to reuse.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.

Email support@kcplumbexpress.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
